Who holds the private keys?
In Cloud mode keys are protected with MPC — split into shares so no single party can sign alone. With private deployment, you hold every key share on your own infrastructure; we never have access.
How fast are payments confirmed?
It depends on the chain and your settings. TRON and most EVM networks typically confirm within one to a few minutes; Bitcoin depends on the number of confirmations you require. Webhooks fire within seconds after your threshold is met.
Can you reduce USDT-TRC20 fees?
Yes. The energy optimizer rents or stakes TRON energy and bandwidth automatically before sweeps and payouts, which costs far less than burning TRX for each transfer.
What happens if a customer pays the wrong amount?
You decide: accept within a tolerance, ask for a top-up, mark as partially paid, refund the difference, or credit it to the customer's balance. Payments after expiry are also caught and handled by rule.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. We ship Docker and Kubernetes deployments, help you set up nodes and key custody, and provide updates and support under the license.
How long does integration take?
With an SDK or plugin, most teams accept their first test payment the same day. Mass payouts and multi-merchant setups usually take a few days.
Do you support stablecoins on multiple chains at once?
Yes. The same order can accept USDT on TRON, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana or TON — the customer picks, and your ledger shows one unified balance per asset.
What about compliance?
